Qualifications

• 8–12 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Solid understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Flexible mindset—able to work across platforms and projects.
• Strategic thinker who understands business needs and regulatory pressures.
• Up to date on architecture trends and systems best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Good working knowledge with Git, TFS, JIRA, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and build scalable, high-performance applications that meet business requirements while emphasizing reliability, maintainability, security, and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into enterprise-quality software solutions.
• Conduct proofs of concept (POCs) and prototypes to evaluate new technologies and address challenges.
• Lead with curiosity by designing reusable components and modern capabilities across applications.
• Stay current with Generative AI, LLMs, cloud technologies, and best practices to improve efficiency.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and collaborate with global teams.
• Work independently and in teams with strong ownership and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
