Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Solid understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Flexible mindset to work across platforms and projects.
• Strategic thinker with understanding of business needs and regulatory pressures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and build scalable, high-performance applications meeting business requirements.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, engineering, and business partners to translate requirements into enterprise solutions.
• Conduct proofs of concept (POCs) and prototypes to evaluate new technologies.
• Lead the design of reusable components and modern capabilities across applications.
• Stay current with Generative AI, LLMs, cloud technologies, and software practices to improve efficiency.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders across global teams.
• Work independently and collaboratively with strong ownership in a fast-paced environment.
