Qualifications

Proven leadership and mentoring abilities in a structural engineering team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interface with clients and multi-disciplinary engineers.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of structural engineers on industrial/heavy commercial or nuclear projects.
Interface with clients and engineers from other disciplines; manage project tasks.
Direct preparation and review of design calculations, specifications, reports and drawings.
Supervise and mentor staff to develop quality engineering deliverables.
Perform structural analysis and design of steel frames, concrete members, and foundations using state-of-the-art tools.
Travel to client/vendor offices for design reviews and site coordination as needed.
