Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Finance/Asset Management, Strategy, Product management
• Experience in financial data products/investment platforms/wealth tech/portfolio construction/trading
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience leading and directing others to achieve measurable results
• Experience with Scaled Agile software development processes
• Ability to document workflows and data mapping using various tools

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with technology and business partners to include strong discussion and listening skills
• Design workshops and user sessions to achieve clearly defined outcomes
• Empathically understand and articulate user needs and business goals
• Analyze data gathered from user interactions and apply design thinking to define goals and opportunities
• Collaborate to draw out solution intent with capability roadmap and milestones
• Initiate and facilitate solution architecture with development leads and socialize decisions with senior executives
