Maritz is seeking a Senior Solution Design Manager to own the technical solution from qualified opportunity through launch, ensuring what is sold can be delivered and what is delivered matches what was sold.

This hybrid role is based in Fenton, MO and focuses on guiding late-stage sales, leading delivery readiness, and aligning cross‑functional teams to achieve successful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required.
• 7+ years in technology solutioning, solution architecture, product implementation or related field.
• Experience translating client needs into technical requirements, scope and estimates.
• Strong understanding of loyalty and incentive programs and engagement platforms.
• Proven collaboration and strategic leadership abilities.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills under tight deadlines.
• Professional written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical solution definition, scope and feasibility for qualified opportunities and architecture approaches.
• Delivery management and launch readiness guiding implementation and ensuring continuity.
• Product governance and solution standards to inform reusable patterns and backlogs.
