Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Knowledge of billing/revenue management processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor billing inventory and prepare routine reports.
• Assist with monthly forecasting and follow-up on outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with Lead Analyst to review reports and identify action items.
• Conduct monthly reviews with Billing Managers and Supervisors.
• Escalate issues and support billing/collections as needed.
