Job summary

Arctiq, a global technology services company, seeks a Senior Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for client project and staffing roles across Network & Systems Engineering, Data & Analytics, AI, Security, and more.

This hybrid role requires two days per week onsite in Blue Bell, PA, and involves partnering with Client Directors and hiring leaders to drive search strategies and successful placements.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, incl. 3+ years in staffing or agency
• Experience with contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire placements
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for client-facing positions across technical domains.
• Partner with clients and hiring leaders to define role requirements and timelines.
• Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and drive offers through negotiation and onboarding.
• Advise on market conditions and talent availability to close hard-to-fill roles.
• Join client calls to gather requirements and align on priorities.
• Build and maintain a deep pipeline of qualified candidates and a ready talent bench.
• Maintain a strong LinkedIn presence to increase visibility and engagement.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding and assignment.
