Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
• Experience sourcing and pipelining talent across multiple channels.
• Strong client management skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and deliver a first-class candidate experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to present recruiting activity to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and escalations appropriately.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Qualify new requisitions, ensuring details align with global guidance.
• Lead requirement intake calls with hiring managers; advise on recruitment processes and policies.
• Map talent proactively; build and manage candidate pools; act as a market specialist.
• Source and pipeline qualified candidates across multiple channels, partnering with sourcing as needed.
• Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviewing with hiring teams and scheduling.
