Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, chemical, engineering, or operations roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Attract, recruit, and onboard talent across the Americas.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and requirements.
• Develop recruiting strategies and talent pipelines.
• Manage candidate screening, offers, and onboarding processes.
• Support employee engagement, succession planning, and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR team on lifecycle projects and safety compliance.
