Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6+ years in proposal coordination and editing preferred.
• Experience with government proposals and interpreting RFP instructions.
• Familiarity with GPO, AP, and Chicago style guides; knowledge of agency-specific styles.
• Familiarity with document management systems (Teams, SharePoint, Google Drive).
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks under strict deadlines; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal planning, scheduling, and logistics for complex proposals.
• Read and interpret complex RFPs, amendments, and evaluation criteria.
• Edit proposals for grammar, punctuation, style, and clarity while preserving technical meaning.
• Maintain version control from draft to final production; manage Teams, SharePoint, and Box workspaces.
• Prepare administrative documents and slides; facilitate kickoff sessions and production meetings.
• Oversee production and delivery activities, including printing, tabs, assembly, and shipping.
