Job summary

Copeland Industrial LP in California is seeking a Senior Project Manager responsible for delivering Engineer to Order (ETO) projects across multiple accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction while managing complex refrigeration, gas compression, and strategic projects. You will lead project teams and oversee project scope, schedule, and resources.

The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within manufacturing. The position offers flexible and competitive benefits with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in Project Management within a manufacturing organization.
• Experience managing project teams of 10+ on complex projects with budgets up to $750,000.
• Valid passport and U.S. driver’s license; ability to travel up to 15%.
