Job summary

Gradian specializes in engineered heat rejection systems and is seeking an experienced ETO Project Manager for chillers. You will own project activity from submittal through delivery, coordinating Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and QA to meet milestones and KPIs.

You’ll manage communication, documentation, and risk across multiple projects in a PMO framework, enabling on‑time, within‑budget execution for mission‑critical data centers and industrial settings.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project management experience in ETO manufacturing or engineered‑systems environments (HVAC, chiller systems).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps and ability to work with Gantt‑style schedules.
• Ability to learn Gradian’s products, workflows, and PMO processes quickly.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP) a plus; familiarity with manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own scope, schedule, cost, risk, change control, and quality from PO through completion.
• Build multi‑month project schedules and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain PMO artifacts in Teams/SharePoint (Decisions Log, RFIs, Submittals, risks).
• Support gate reviews, milestones, and close‑out activities.
