Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Buffalo, NY seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex ETO centrifugal compressor projects from order to closeout, serving as the primary customer interface.

You will manage safety, quality, schedule, profitability, and cash flow while coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and service teams to ensure successful execution.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience in industrial environments; PMP preferred; travel 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, PM, or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience in industrial, manufacturing, or ETO environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex ETO centrifugal compressor projects end-to-end.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and deliverables; monitor milestones.
• Interface with customers and manage contracts, changes, and risks.
• Own project financial performance including revenue, margin, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, sourcing, quality, service, and logistics.
