Job summary

Providence is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs within the Office of the CMO in a hybrid setting. You will coordinate multiple projects, partner with clinicians and senior leaders, and drive performance against strategic goals.

The role requires strong program management, change leadership, and the ability to influence across departments while managing timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science or healthcare related areas is required.
• 5 years of managing project work and/or programs and supporting senior/executive leadership; healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience in clinical program management with clinicians.
• Experience working with senior and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced program leadership support to Providence Operations.
• Coordinate, manage and align multiple projects and initiatives to meet timelines and budgets.
• Act as a change agent, leading through influence to realize benefits.
• Collaborate with leaders across PSMS and Providence Health to drive strategic goals.
