Providence is seeking a Senior Program Manager to provide advanced program leadership within the Office of the CMO. This hybrid role involves coordinating multiple projects, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring timelines and budgets are met to achieve strategic regional goals.

You will lead change initiatives, partner with clinicians and senior leaders, and drive efficiency across project teams in a healthcare setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science or related healthcare fields.
• 5 years of managing project work and/or programs with senior/executive leadership experience.
• Experience in clinical program management with clinicians.
• Experience working closely with senior and executive leadership.
