Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science or healthcare related fields.
• 5 years of managing project work and/or programs; experience with senior/executive leadership.
• Experience in clinical program management partnering with clinicians.
• Experience working closely with senior and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination, management and alignment of multiple projects to meet timelines and budgets.
• Provide expert consultation; establish structure and processes for project teams.
• Act as a change agent, guiding design, implementation and spread to realize benefits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Office of the CMO to support performance.
