Providence is seeking a Senior Program Manager (Hybrid) to lead and coordinate complex initiatives within the Office of the CMO. You will partner with clinicians and senior leaders to design, implement, and scale projects, ensuring they stay on time and within budget.

The role reports to the Executive Director of Operations and offers a hybrid work model, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration across Providence Shared Services and regional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science or healthcare-related areas.
• 5 years of managing project work and/or programs and supporting senior/executive leadership.
• Experience in clinical program management with clinicians.
• Experience in working closely with senior/executive leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced program leadership to the Office of the Providence CMO across multiple projects.
• Lead coordination, management, and alignment of key initiatives to meet regional goals.
• Act as a change agent by driving design, implementation and spread of projects.
• Ensure timelines and budgets are adhered to and maximize team efficiency.
