Providence is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex programs within the Office of the CMO, with hybrid work arrangement. You will coordinate multi-project initiatives, partner with clinicians and senior leaders, and drive implementation through structured processes to realize quantitative benefits.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, adherence to timelines and budgets, and contributing to the growth and viability of the CMO Office within Providence’s patient-focused culture.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent.
• 5 years of managing project work and/or programs and supporting senior/executive leadership.
• Experience in clinical program management with clinicians.

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced program leadership to the Operations area of the Office of the Providence CMO.
• Coordinate, manage, and align multiple projects to meet timelines and budgets.
• Serve as a change agent, leading through influence across design, implementation and spread of initiatives.

Formação académica

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science or other healthcare related areas.
