Job summary

Providence is seeking a Senior Program Manager for a Hybrid role, leading complex programs within the Office of the Chief Medical Officer. You will coordinate multi-project portfolios, drive alignment with strategic goals, and partner with clinicians and executives to deliver measurable benefits.

You will act as a change agent, guiding design, implementation and spread across teams, ensuring timelines, budgets and performance targets are met, while building strong relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science or healthcare related areas.
• 5 years of managing project work and/or programs and providing support to senior and executive leadership.
• Experience in clinical program management with clinicians.
• Experience in working closely with senior and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced program leadership to the Operations area of the Office of the CMO.
• Coordinate, manage and align multiple projects to meet timelines and budgets.
• Act as change agent, guiding design, implementation and spread for realization of benefits.
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across PSMS and Providence Care.
