Job summary

Providence is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the Operations portfolio within the Office of the CMO. This hybrid role combines strategic coordination with hands-on program leadership to advance regional goals and improve performance across multiple projects.

You will partner with clinicians and senior leaders, ensuring timelines and budgets are met, and act as a change agent to move initiatives from design through implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or healthcare-related fields.
• 5 years of managing projects/programs and supporting senior/executive leadership; healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience in clinical program management partnering with clinicians.
• Experience working with senior/executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced program leadership to the Operations area of the Office of the CMO.
• Coordinate, manage and align multiple projects to meet strategic and regional goals.
• Partner with clinicians and leaders to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Act as a change agent, moving projects through design, implementation and spread.
