Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or healthcare field.
• 5 years of managing project work or programs and supporting senior/executive leadership.
• Clinical program management experience partnering with clinicians.
• Experience working with senior/executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced program leadership to the Office of the Providence CMO Operations.
• Coordinate, manage and align multiple key projects and initiatives.
• Ensure timelines and budgets are adhered to; maximize team efficiency.
• Act as a change agent guiding projects through design, implementation and spread.
