Providence is seeking a Senior Program Manager for a hybrid role supporting the Office of the Chief Medical Officer. The role leads coordination of multiple high-impact projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets and deliver measurable benefits for regional goals.

You will partner with clinicians and senior leaders to drive program success and process improvements. The position emphasizes strategic execution, change leadership, and collaboration across teams to optimize performance and value

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5 years managing project work or programs and supporting senior/executive leadership.
• Experience in clinical program management with clinicians.
• Experience working closely with senior and executive leadership.

Mansioni

• Provide advanced program leadership to the Operations area of the Office of the Providence CMO.
• Coordinate, manage and align multiple projects to meet timelines and budgets.
• Act as change agent to move projects through design, implementation and spread for benefits.
