Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management or Program Management experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate work across business teams and project partners.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and action-item tracking.
• Support decision-making and help remove project roadblocks.
• Ensure projects remain aligned with business goals and expected outcomes.
