Qualifications

• 3+ years in attorney professional development or training at AmLaw 100 or large professional services firm.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of law firm environments and attorney career progression.
• Excellent program and project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning/tracking platforms.
• Client-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mentoring and parental leave transition programs, coordinating mentor pairings and tracking progress.
• Update materials related to attorney integration, mentorship, and Path to Partnership+.
• Coordinate partnership admission and counsel elevation processes with firm leadership.
• Prepare materials for pipeline and strategic workflow meetings.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys and business professionals to foster collaboration.
