You will manage client interactions, coordinate meetings, and help execute strategic initiatives to improve service, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Candidates should have 4+ years in a law firm or professional services setting, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; JD or related advanced degree a plus.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate content for monthly, quarterly, and annual client team meetings.
• Support client initiatives by gathering information from attorneys and practice groups.
• Identify client service opportunities and respond to client requests.
• Assist with alternative fee arrangement negotiations and client scorecards.
• Plan client engagement and business development events.
