Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement training curricula across the firm.
• Prepare meeting agendas, retreats, and associated communications.
• Conduct research and benchmark against peers; ensure accreditation/compliance processes.
• Serve as strategic project manager for major training initiatives; liaise with stakeholders.
• Contribute to performance evaluations; assist with hiring, training, coaching, and staff development.
