Job summary

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a Client Relationship Senior Specialist in Seattle or Portland to work with the Senior Manager of Client Experience and client leadership. This role focuses on operational excellence, client interactions, and growth initiatives within a hybrid work model (remote 3 days, in-office 2 days).

Responsibilities include coordinating client meetings, supporting client initiatives, and aiding in business development.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a law firm environment or similar professional services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required; JD or Master’s degree a plus.
• Experience presenting to small groups and decision-makers.
• Ability to collaborate with and guide senior decision-makers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with legal technology tools or related software.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate content creation for client meetings (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Gather information from attorneys, practice groups, and business professionals to support client initiatives.
• Support client service opportunities and respond to client requests.
• Assist with alternative fee arrangement processes.
• Build direct relationships with client legal business and operations teams.
• Coordinate client events, CLEs, and other engagement activities.
• Participate in strategic business development planning and execution for clients.
• Coordinate and plan client engagement and business development events.
