Job summary

The position supports multiple departments, including Litigation, and offers hybrid work with potential relocation to New York, Chicago, or Dallas offices.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of professional development experience at a law firm, law school, or similar professional services firm.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; JD highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement firm-wide professional development curricula and programs.
• Lead the non-partner lawyer evaluation process and related communications.
• Coordinate with Talent Management and Practice Groups to support lawyer development and retention.
• Supervise professional development staff and manage department priorities and timelines.
