Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• JD is highly preferred for legal department leadership.
• Five or more years of professional development experience in a law firm or professional services setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage professional development programs for lawyers.
• Lead non-partner lawyer evaluation processes and collaborate with PD leadership.
• Develop curricula, mentor programs, coaching resources, and milestone events.
• Provide strategic advisory support to practice group leadership on learning and career progression.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (required)

Juris Doctor (JD) preferred
