Davis Wright Tremaine LLP in Seattle seeks a Senior Manager of Attorney Training and CLE Compliance to lead firmwide training and ensure compliance with CLE rules across jurisdictions. The role partners with firm leadership to design programs, manage budgets, and drive accreditation.

The position requires 8+ years in attorney professional development, a JD or advanced degree preferred, and strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in attorney professional development with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior role.
• Bachelor's Degree required; JD or advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design development and implementation of firmwide attorney training programs, including legal skills, people skills, business skills, and firm citizenship.
• Manage the daily operations of the CLE and attorney training teams; oversee attorney training, bar dues, and CLE budgets.
• Coordinate in-person and virtual workshops and training programs; assist with training at firm and practice group retreats, as requested.
• Consult with practice group leaders and partners to design targeted training curricula for associates, counsel, and partners.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition, marketing, business development, practice management, DEI, pro bono and IT to create focused training programs.
• Research and select outside consultants to tailor training programs; monitor trends and best practices in attorney training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, data analysis, and KPIs; adjust programming accordingly.
• Oversee development of internal e-learning content and external CLE partnerships.
• Manage and oversee firm and attorney compliance with MCLE requirements across jurisdictions; track and remit state bar dues; support CLE accreditation and audits.
