Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) seeks a Senior level professional to support pricing, product development, and portfolio-management initiatives across programs. You will perform analyses, prepare reports, identify trends, and coordinate project activities with internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will provide analytical support for new or revised products, research performance and market information, and help prepare materials for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, statistics, marketing, mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience applying financial calculations and analytical methods to evaluate products, pricing, profitability, or program performance.
• Experience using data-analysis tools or programming languages such as Excel, SQL, SAS, Python, Visual Basic, or comparable applications.
• 4–6 years related experience in pricing, product development, financial analysis, portfolio management, or related analytical function.
• Knowledge of pricing, profitability, product development, and financial-analysis concepts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills, and working knowledge of data-analysis or programming tools.
• Ability to prepare clear reports, summaries, and supporting materials for management review.

Responsibilities

• Pricing: perform recurring and moderately complex analyses to support pricing, profitability, and financial performance across assigned programs.
• Product Development: provide quantitative and analytical support for new or revised product and program offerings.
• Project Coordination: coordinate project activities, maintain plans, gather requirements, track milestones, and support service-level requirements.
• Compliance and Audit Support: review pricing, coverage, program requirements, system configuration, and business rules for accuracy.
• Risk Management: monitor claims, goodwill activities, cancellations, exceptions, and other program exposures; escalate issues as needed.
