Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is hiring an Insurance Product Development Associate to support product development and portfolio management for insurance programs. You will perform analyses, prepare reports, and assist with testing and implementation activities.

The role emphasizes coordinating with Legal and Compliance, maintaining schedules, and producing clear documentation to drive product improvements. A 2–4 year background in related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
• 2–4 years in product development, financial services or pricing.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Knowledge of insurance or financial products is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support product development and portfolio management for insurance programs.
• Perform analyses to support product performance reviews and pricing.
• Prepare reports and summarize findings for management review.
• Assist with prep and maintenance of consumer-facing product forms.
• Coordinate approvals from Legal, Compliance and stakeholders.
• Maintain project schedules, action items, and requirements.
• Assist with testing, issue tracking, and post-launch monitoring.
