Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Colorado seeks an experienced Finance Opportunity Consultant to support pursuit and sales teams in account strategy, pricing and terms negotiations for large as-a-Service engagements. You will maintain independence in financial matters and ensure pricing reflects the best ROI for the company.

The role requires strong analytical abilities, solid Excel skills, and experience partnering with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or economics required.
• MBA or accounting certification preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in finance or pricing roles.

Responsibilities

• Review deal structure and pricing for aaS opportunities.
• Evaluate assumptions and pricing against accounting standards.
• Analyze cost structures to improve win potential.
• Collaborate with Sales Pursuit teams on deal shaping and pricing simulations.
• Create, evaluate and present HPE P&L for deal approvals.
• Act as financial advisor for presales/sales/account teams.
• Assess and mitigate risks and document required approvals (OBR).
• Lead transformation of as-a-Service pricing execution.
