Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a seasoned pricing strategist to serve as a strategic consultant to the North America Deal Desk, partnering with Sales, Finance, Product, and executive teams to design pricing that maximizes profitability while staying competitive.

This role leads pricing projects, mentors pricing analysts, and delivers training, driving governance and compliance across the deal lifecycle in a hybrid work environment with two days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Typically 8+ years of experience in finance, pricing, business strategy, or financial analysis.
• Experience supporting large sales orgs and partnering with executive stakeholders.
• Experience across multiple finance disciplines or business functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
• Partner with Sales, Business Development, Finance, and Product teams to structure customer deals.
• Provide complex financial analysis, modeling, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead pricing initiatives across multiple functions and business units.
• Mentor and develop pricing analysts through coaching and training.
• Deliver training on pricing methodologies, deal structuring, governance, and compliance requirements.
