Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, finance, economics, accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, bid development, finance, sales or marketing roles.
• Advanced Excel knowledge required.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Office Equipment Industry or B2B Bid process.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Effective judgement and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Extensive review and analysis of all incoming price requests.
• Provide centralized pricing support with ongoing pricing analytics to support market, product and objectives.
• Maintain high-level interaction with field sales, upper management, leasing partners, and internal departments to develop pricing proposals.
• Create pricing proposals and necessary documentation to support market needs.
• Provide pricing guidance and support to sales teams to align pricing with business goals.
• Suggest strategies to maximize profitability and market competitiveness.
• Support negotiations and deal structuring as needed.
• Prepare financial presentations and analyses for senior management and field sales.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and integrity in presentations and records.
• Calculate ROI/Profitability analyses for opportunities (including RFPS).
• Prepare and present final financial pricing analyses for approvals.
• Maintain contracts via renewals and model adds/deletions.
• Ad hoc pricing-related activities to support business needs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Pricing Analysts.
