Job summary

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in New York is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to support pricing strategy, profitability, and financial analysis. You will collaborate with Finance, Business Development, Billing, and attorneys to develop pricing analyses and RFP responses, and enhance pricing tools and processes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, professional confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple pricing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• Four+ years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Elite, Aderant, or CMS.
• Experience supporting partners or attorneys with complex pricing.

Responsibilities

• Serve pricing requests with guidance on analyses, reporting, and data inquiries.
• Develop and evaluate complex pricing models for fee arrangements and scenarios.
• Lead preparation of pricing narratives and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with Finance to gather, validate, and interpret pricing data.
• Analyze pricing methodologies and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present pricing reports and trend analyses for leadership.
• Monitor external pricing platforms to inform pricing strategies.
• Maintain pricing templates, models, and reporting tools.
