IDEXX Laboratories, Inc. in Westbrook, Maine, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Hardware, Support, and Supplies to lead strategy, pricing, and end-to-end execution across hardware and practice supplies in North America.

This hybrid role partners with finance, sales, engineering, procurement, and logistics to deliver reliable technology for veterinary clinics. You will own pricing programs, vendor relationships, and product lifecycle while guiding two direct reports and aligning cross-functional

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product or commercial leadership with at least 3 years P&L ownership.
• Experience managing pricing, margins, budgeting, and forecasting for physical products.
• Experience with hardware product portfolios (PCs, servers, printers, networking).
• Experience onboarding and gated product introductions with technical/QA teams.
• Vendor and OEM relationships, supplier onboarding, negotiations, and escalations.
• Inventory planning and multi-location supply chain experience.
• Experience using SAP and Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Own P&L performance, pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial health.
• Define portfolio strategy and lifecycle management across hardware, hardware support, and practice supplies.
• Partner with QA and Engineering on validation and onboarding before release to customers.
• Manage inventory strategy across North American warehouses.
• Oversee pricing and customer experience for the Hardware Support subscription business.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop pricing programs, promotions, and commercial offerings.
• Lead commercial marketing efforts and customer communications.
• Manage vendor and OEM relationships, including negotiations and escalations.
• Serve as escalation point for significant customer/product issues and drive resolutions.
• Lead and develop two direct reports and influence cross-functional priorities.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive revenue, margin, and satisfaction improvements.
• Travel up to 15% for vendor and warehouse visits.
