Job summary

IDEXX Veterinary Software in Maine is seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager, Payments, to lead product messaging, GTM planning, and cross‑functional collaboration across product, sales, and success teams. The role centers on understanding customers and the payments market to differentiate our financial services solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product marketing, ideally SaaS
• Bachelor's Degree in related field; or equivalent
• Direct experience in financial services, payments, or related fields
• Appetite for fast-moving, cross-functional environment
• Experience in positioning, messaging, and launching products
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder influence skills
• Self-starter able to manage large programs and deliverables

Responsibilities

• Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging based on customer insights, competitive intel, and market trends
• Act as Voice of the Customer to uncover insights leading to breakthrough messaging and GTM tactics
• Deliver sales enablement tools and collateral to support channels
• Own full go-to-market process for Payments products with clear KPIs
• Support customer acquisition and engagement programs to drive satisfaction and advocacy
• Develop a calendar of product content (articles, case studies, blogs, webinars)
• Map and optimize the buyer's journey to enhance the sales experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on roadmaps and priorities
