Job summary

IDEX Health & Science, LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager for subassemblies and systems hardware. You will own the full lifecycle from ideation to end‑of‑life, translating customer needs into a clear strategy while partnering with Commercial, Operations, and Engineering to ensure successful launches.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and a track record in hardware product management, with collaboration across multiple functions and a willingness to travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or sciences.
• 4+ years of product management experience including a product launch.
• Preference for candidates with life science experience (genomics, chromatography, MS, bioprocessing, spatial biology).
• Prior experience in Product Management of a physical product.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle for subassemblies and systems hardware portfolio; manage roadmap and execution.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure requirements and timelines are met.
• Lead cross‑functional NPD efforts including business cases, pricing, and commercialization planning.
• Conduct VOC research and market needs analysis to inform strategy.
• Develop go‑to‑market plans with Sales and Marketing for market-based solutions.
• Monitor product performance and update documentation and collateral.
