RVO Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead design, development, and deployment of sophisticated software solutions in a hybrid work setup in the Charlotte metro area. You will collaborate across product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust software.

The role requires 4+ years in software development with Next.js, React, and TypeScript, plus experience in Go and Python. Healthcare domain experience and AI-assisted coding are a plus.
