RVO Health, a health technology company, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Denver for hybrid work. You will lead end-to-end design, develop scalable software, and collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver robust solutions.

You will mentor junior engineers, drive code quality, and advocate best practices while exploring new technologies. The role emphasizes collaboration, reliability, and continuous improvement in a fast-growing healthcare tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in software development, focused on user-facing applications.
• 3+ years expert-level experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript; experience with Go and Python.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent interpersonal and communication.
• Experience with software testing.
• Experience using AI for code generation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of software applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into robust designs.
• Write high-quality, scalable code adhering to best practices.
• Debug and resolve defects and performance bottlenecks.
• Conduct comprehensive testing including unit and integration tests.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers; perform code reviews.
• Improve software development processes and stay updated on tech trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
