You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers, write high-quality code, mentor junior staff, perform thorough testing, and drive process improvements. This role blends hands-on technical work with leadership in a hybrid, in-office Tues-Thu environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS or related field.
• 4+ years of software development experience focused on user-facing applications.
• 3+ years of expert-level experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript; knowledge of Go and Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication.
• Experience with software testing and code generation using AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of software applications.
