Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in construction, design, maintenance or operations area.
• Scheduling/planning experience in utility or construction industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and manage work activities to meet customer/internal stakeholder requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Adjust planned schedules daily and assign crews based on resource availability and real-time progress.
• Review and manage the queue of designed work outside normal scheduling window; reallocate tasks as needed.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and prerequisites to enable work execution; ensure proper work acceptance and readiness.
• Triage rejections, adjust schedules for disruptions, and communicate updates to stakeholders to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with supervisors and stakeholders to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
