Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Hybrid Senior Loan Officer Assistant to manage loan officer schedules and support the Loan Processor. The role also oversees the branch lead tracker and branch database, maintaining strong branch rapport.

On-site 2–3 days per week, it requires extensive mortgage processing expertise and Encompass experience. Responsibilities include scheduling, handling calls, clerical support for Loan Partner II, and ensuring pre-qualification and pre-approval objectives.

Qualifications

• On-site presence 2-3 days per week required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years' residential mortgage processing experience.
• Encompass experience required.
• Experience with RESPA and general mortgage regulations.
• Excellent math and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, prioritization and time management.
• Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all loan officer appointments, including new leads and Branch Manager.
• Take all incoming calls.
• Assist Loan Partner II with clerical tasks such as copying and faxing documents.
• Schedule regular weekly face-to-face meetings based on branch metrics.
• Meet branch objectives for pre-qualifications and pre-approvals.
• Attend branch events to build clientele.
• Complete and maintain branch checklists and files within deadlines.
• Available to work varying hours and overtime if needed.
