Job summary

Renown Health is seeking a Principal Application Analyst to provide strategic oversight, lifecycle management, and advanced technical support for complex clinical and business applications. The role partners with clinical, operational, and IT leadership to optimize workflows, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will manage projects, coordinate resources, and mentor teams while maintaining high-quality delivery and adherence to deadlines in a dynamic healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• 8+ years in IT or healthcare settings, with 8+ years in healthcare application analysis or configuration & support.
• Demonstrated project management experience required.
• Application Certification, Accreditation or Proficiency may be required on application.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and lifecycle management of complex application environments.
• Deliver advanced technical support, user education, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Lead internal project planning and resource allocation for application initiatives.
• Direct analysis, design, testing, and deployment of new systems and enhancements.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT leadership to optimize performance.
• Oversee full lifecycle of applications including planning, maintenance, upgrades, and retirement.
• Respond to service desk tickets and user inquiries with timely resolutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including standards for naming, change control, and security.
