Job summary

Midi Health seeks a Senior Product Manager for Patient Experience to own the digital patient journey from onboarding through follow-up care. You will set the roadmap and collaborate with Clinical Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, Data, Engineering, and Design to ship experiences that improve engagement and retention.

The role emphasizes consumer digital product leadership, data-driven decision making, and a patient-centered design approach within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consumer product management experience with at least 3 years in consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong hypothesis-driven development, A/B testing, and funnel/cohort analysis.
• Clear understanding of UX best practices to improve patient engagement in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Own the Patient Experience Roadmap: define vision and roadmap for the web experience across the care journey and set engagement/retention targets.
• Extend Care Beyond the Visit: build touchpoints for ongoing care and access to services beyond telehealth visits.
• Understand & Improve the Patient Journey: use research, feedback, and analytics to identify friction and run experiments to improve retention.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: lead as product owner for patient experience with Clinical Operations, Lifecycle Marketing, Data, Engineering, and Design.
