Job summary

Colorado Enterprise Fund, a nonprofit lender, is seeking a Senior Loan Servicer to support loan administration across servicing, payments, and compliance. The role emphasizes quality control, documentation, and SBA SOP adherence, with hands-on responsibilities and cross-functional collaboration.

Hybrid work is available for Colorado-based employees, with required onsite presence in Denver during onboarding (three days/week) and gradual reduction to one day/week after onboarding while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in loan servicing or related financial operations.
• Experience with SBA loan servicing requirements or SBA SOPs preferred.
• Strong reconciliation and payment posting accuracy across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bi-monthly batch payment collection and reconciliation.
• Resolve complex payment posting situations with documented decisions.
• Lead end-to-end exception management for NSF returns and reversals.
• Ensure audit-ready servicing records and compliance with SBA SOPs.
• Collaborate with Finance to maintain accurate reconciliation logs and drive improvements.
• Directly perform loan servicing duties when needed to handle high volume.
