Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university.
• 5 years of relevant SBA loan servicing experience.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to communicate via phone and email.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced department.
• Proficiency with personal computers and related software.

Responsibilities

• Handle servicing requests (deferments, collateral substitutions, restructures, assumptions) from borrowers.
• Collect and analyze annual financial information from clients.
• Monitor loans for possible risk rating changes and quarterly SAC reports.
• Ensure financial statements, tax returns, recorded documents and UCC ticklers are current.
• Assist with follow up on delinquent loan accounts.
• Conduct post-closing audit to comply with loan authorizations.
• Support Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), AML, OFAC compliance and training requirements.
