Job summary

Washington Community Reinvestment Association seeks a Loan Servicing Administrator in Seattle for a full-time, hybrid role (three days in-office, two remote). You will manage day-to-day loan servicing, maintain borrower records, and support financial reporting and audits.

Responsibilities include processing payments, reconciliations, notifying stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with loan servicing agreements and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial loan servicing software, especially FICS, including payment processing and delinquency tracking.
• Background in banking, credit unions, or private lending is beneficial.
• Experience in affordable housing, community development finance, or nonprofit lending is beneficial.
• Experience with ACH and wire origination processes.
• Strong Excel and standard office software skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute monthly loan statements, member bank reporting, and internal reports.
• Post and reconcile borrower and member loan payments in the servicing system (CS).
• Process and verify ACH and wire transactions for payments and reserve transfers.
• Monitor borrower reserves and escrow activity; evaluate and process disbursements as needed.
• Track and update real estate taxes, UCC continuations, flood insurance, and insurance certificates.
• Assist with new loan fundings, including draw schedules and funding notices to member banks.
• Set up new loans in the system following generally accepted practices.
• Prepare amortization schedules, escrow setup, and borrower orientation materials.
• Manage loan payoffs, including prepayment penalties and security holder remittance.
• Ensure compliance with loan servicing agreements and funding program requirements.
• Maintain accurate loan and reserve records for audits and compliance.
• Maintain borrower and member data, including contacts and bank accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and regulatory reports.
• Coordinate responses to external audits and confirmation requests.
