You will coach and develop the licensing team, partner with Finance on audits and reporting, and ensure contract compliance across manufacturer agreements while collaborating with internal leaders and account teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in process and organizational development.
• 10+ years of marketing or operations experience.
• 11+ years of data entry experience.
• 8+ years financial experience.
• 3+ years of proven people management and development experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the licensing approval request process and standards.
• Lead partnership with Finance on royalties reporting and audits.
• Manage licensor relationships and escalation point for licensors.
• Oversee contract and manufacturer agreement compliance.
• Drive process improvements across cross-functional teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop licensing team.
